Section 20 Notices:<\/h3>\n

Section 20 Notices are leaseholder consultation notices that must be issued before individual items of expenditure that are cost more than\u00a0 \u00a3250 multiplied by the number of properties. Therefore, any individual item of expenditure in excess of \u00a33,000 must go through this process. The notices include a Notice of Intention (a notice of intent to undertake works) and a Notice of Proposal (a notice setting out the proposed cost).
